I know we made it difficult for you to accomplish this, considering we changed our minds so frequently, but I want to thank you for finishing our order so quickly while maintaining a professional demeanour. 

For what it's worth, we are blown away by the exceptional & uniform high-quality of what you folks have done for us thus far. Response-time has been just great, too. 

Over the past two years, I've been all over the map trying to find a reliable firm to handle our "masterpieces" with the attention, care & respect they deserve. It has been a frustrating experience. We are delighted with your work,  & will continue to rely on you.
